   Koperen Ketel, Belgian Style Pale AleBiscuity Belgian malt balanced with the finest Slovenian Styrian Goldings hops, Koperen Ketel has a delicate herbal, fruity aroma and a clean dry finish making for a refreshing, easy drinking copper color ale. 5.0% ABV, 25 IBUs.

   Bevrijder, Belgian Style IPACrafted with British malt, Belgian yeast, and American hops, Bevrijder (translates as Liberator in Flemish/Dutch) is dry yet malty with a beautiful balance of malt, hop bitterness, and spicy Belgian character. 6.5% ABV, 66 IBUs.

   O'Regan's Revenge, Irish Red AleMade from the finest floor malted Maris Otter and hopped with East Kent Goldings, O'Regan's Revenge drinks easy and is rich, balanced, dry, and satisfying. 5.6% ABV, 23 IBUs.

   Poundage Porter, Brown PorterSmooth creamy tan head tops a beautiful dark ruby/brown beer. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, and plums, with toasted grains. Balanced with bitterness from noble hops and roasted grains. 5.5% ABV, 37 IBUs.
***2011 NABA Bronze Medal

   Ursus Americanus, American StoutDark, strong, smooth American stout bursting with coffee and dark chocolate aroma and smooth velvety texture. 6.5% ABV, 46 IBUs.

   Reluctant, Northwest Style IPAClean dry malt balances loads of flavoring hops to create a balanced, light, highly drinkable American style IPA. 6.4% ABV, 55 IBUs.

   Humulo Nimbus, Double IPAA towering thunderstorm of Northwest hops against a sky of clean, dry malt. Crisp yet eminently satisfying for the extreme hop lover, Humulo Nimbus has a balance that brings it all together into one seriously quaffable Double IPA. 8.5% ABV, 74 IBUs.

   Kristallweizen, Clear Wheat AleA common beer style in Southern Germany, the Kristallweizen is clear and clean with a delicate aroma of wheat, light fruit, and spice. Unfiltered yet clear, with a long lasting creamy head, our Kristallweizen is refreshing, yet satisfying and full of flavor. 5% ABV, 11 IBUs.

   Dunkelweizen, Dark Wheat AleA dry, bready, nut brown wheat ale made with dark German malt, wheat malt, and a subtle Bavarian yeast. 5% ABV, 11 IBUs.

   Dubbel Entendre, Belgian Style DubbelComforting aromas of chocolate malt and dark toffee, with a hint of banana and stone fruits. A dark abbey style ale with a subtle rich maltiness and a dry, spicy finish. 8% ABV, 21 IBUs.

   Tripel Entendre, Belgian Style TripelComplexity and balance from a simple recipe of the finest ingredients obtainable. Clear and light in color, this strong Belgian ale drinks smooth and easy but has the complexity to complement the finest meals or to savor alone at the end of the evening. 9.9% ABV, 43 IBUs.

   Monk's Indiscretion, Belgian Specialty AleDry hopped, and fermented with an aromatic Belgian yeast strain, Monk's Indiscretion has an intense tropical hoppy aroma and flavor, with balanced bitterness, and is scarily drinkable for such a strong beer. 10% ABV, 46 IBUs.

   Entendez Noel, Belgian Style Strong Aleaka the Mother Of All Tripels (MOAT), Entendez Noel is a unique intense Belgian-style ale that can be considered an imperial tripel or a pale quadrupel. Some warming alcohols and spicy notes (from fermentation only, no spices added) make this beauty perfect for our first holiday beer. Enjoy the ever changing aroma and flavors as you and the beer warm up. 11.4% ABV, 50 IBUs.
